Full Job Description: Join one of the top offices in the San Francisco Bay Area as an Insurance Account Representative! This is a fantastic opportunity with a total compensation package exceeding $85k, including a significant base salary.

Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales goals through new business and cross-selling to existing customers.
- Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities.
- Assist customers in meeting their insurance needs.
- Educate clients about insurance products and recommend appropriate coverage options.
- Foster strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and proactive communication.
Job Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and efficiency.
- Proficient computer skills, especially in sales forms.
- Willingness to learn and be coached.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Confident, motivated, and high-energy individual.
- Prior insurance experience is required.

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
