Job Description: We are seeking candidates to join our winning insurance and financial services team! As a Sales Representative you will be coached to earn at a high level based on your hard work. Unexpected events happen, our goal is to help customers plan for the financial impact of unexpected events.  

As a Sales Representative at Team Kelly Lux, your main responsibilities will be:

  • Find and engage potential customers who need insurance and financial products.
  • Educate customers on the benefits of our products and help them make informed decisions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and assistance.
  • Meet sales targets and goals set by the company.
  • Continuously improve your knowledge of insurance planning and selling techniques.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve overall team success.
Job Requirements:

  • Strong drive for results and a desire to be independent.
  • Ability to study and learn the necessary skills, obtain an insurance license, and become familiar with our products and computer systems
  • Willingness to be trained in company processes and grow your skills.
  • Confidence in your abilities, an optimistic mindset, and a belief in creating success.
